Return Policy

  1. Returns and Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags still attached. Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Posh Prices (sale) items, monogrammed items, swimwear and accessories.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email support@poshpickle.com and provide your order number. If the order number is unavailable, please provide either the name or email address associated with the order. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Return Shipping and Fees: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

  4. Refunds or Exchanges: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original form of payment. Customers have the following options:

  • Refund: The refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • Exchange: Customers can choose to exchange the item for an in-stock item of equal value. If the chosen item exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.
  • Store Credit: Customers can opt for a store credit, which will be issued less the shipping fees from the original order.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email support@poshpickle.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

  2. Exceptions and Limitations: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Posh Prices (sale) items, swimwear, accessories, and monogrammed items.

Shipping & Delivery

 All in stock items will be processed and shipped within 7 days from date of purchase (add additional days for monogrammed items). Please allow at least 2 to 7 days for your item(s) to arrive from ship date. We ship First Class/Priority mail via U.S. Postal Service and provide tracking numbers for all orders upon request. We do not ship internationally. Shipping for pre order items are indicated at time of purchase.

 

Clothing Care Instructions

Our fabrics are not preshrunk. Shrinkage is expected. Washing is recommended in cold water, hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Follow up with a cool iron as needed. Please note that a hot iron may scorch the poly/cotton fabrics!
